About Us
Great Vision and Voices Initiative (GVVI) is an independent, non-governmental, non-profit, and youth-led organization established to advance sustainable development, youth empowerment, community transformation, and humanitarian service delivery
Founded on 10 November 2024 and officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria on 3 December 2024 under Registration Number CAC/IT/8117561, GVVI was created to provide innovative solutions to social, economic, environmental, and developmental challenges affecting young people, women, children, and vulnerable populations.
The organization is further recognized and licensed by the Akwa Ibom State Ministry of Youth Development and the Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Welfare under Reference Number AKS/YME/00512.
GVVI operates through a network of dedicated professionals, volunteers, community mobilizers, youth leaders, and development practitioners committed to improving lives and strengthening communities through sustainable and inclusive interventions.
The organization aligns its activities with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), national development priorities, and international best practices in community development, social inclusion, environmental sustainability, and humanitarian action.
At GVVI, we believe that well-oriented young people possess the power to solve the world’s toughest problems, and for over several years, we have led and sustained coordinated action to harness the talents and potentials of world young people. His leadership journey:
- Volunteer, Community Development Project (2024-2026): Led initiatives that promoted youth empowerment, education, and environmental sustainability.
Coordinator, Youth Empowerment Program (2024-2026): Organized training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance leadership skills and community engagement among young people.
President, Great Vision and Voices Initiative (2024-Present): Guided the team in identifying community needs, developing solutions, and executing impactful community development projects.
Key Accomplishments include:
- Implemented mentorship programs for young leaders, fostering leadership skills and community involvement (2024-Date).
- Developed partnerships with stakeholders to secure funding and resources, ensuring the sustainability of empowerment initiatives (2024-Date).
- Mobilized community support to address local challenges, working with community members to develop lasting solutions (2024-Date).
The cardinal aim of GVVI is to develop the youths on the attributes of skills, good citizenship, positive work ethics, sound leadership qualities, environmental sustainability and to stimulate their interest towards the onerous task of nation-building..
GVVI, is international foremost voluntary youth organization and youth self-support initiative and volunteerism have been taken as the basis for all GVVIA intervention and environmental management activities to enable them to contribute positively towards the mainstreaming of social development process. It has had PARTNERSHIPs with KINGDOMS and INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS and LOCAL ORGANISATIONS, such as STATE MINISTRIES, Nigerian network of NGO’s, International academy for sustainable development executive training, Maha Royal Foundation, Health and Wellbeing Project int’l LTD PLC, Church Growth International School of Evangelism. Maha Royal Foundation, The Foundation for World Harmony, Mazibuko Royal Kingdom in South Africa, Torgbui Gadagbui Viking of Atsiame clan of Auenor in the Volta region of Ghana, Human Right of Global Citizenship, Millennium fellowship university of Uyo Akwa Ibom Nigeria, National Youth Council of Nigeria, Youth Movement of SDGs. National association of uniform voluntary organization Etc, State Ministry of youth and sport development , State ministry of women affairs and social welfare ,In carrying out its mandate, the organization align itself with various organizations In International and Local as a whole.
